Toothcation is operated by Distril LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, registration number 2022-001181081 with the Wyoming Secretary of State, address 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite 6007, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA, operating this site under the "Toothcation" brand.

2. What Toothcation is

Toothcation publishes prices that dental clinics in Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia have published themselves, or sent to us directly, together with the date we checked each price. Toothcation is not a dental clinic, does not employ dentists, and does not provide dental treatment, medical advice, or a guarantee about any clinic's work.

3. Rankings are not paid

A clinic cannot pay to change its position on a price or clinic page. Where we describe a clinic as a "featured partner," that label is shown wherever it applies. Clinics pay us only when they receive a quote request through this site.

4. Sharing your details when you request a quote

When you request quotes, Toothcation shares or sells your details and request to up to 3 partner clinics, which may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp. You choose which clinics receive your request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

5. No medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Prices, treatment descriptions and warranty terms come from each clinic; confirm every detail directly with the clinic before booking travel or paying a deposit.

6. Accuracy of prices

We do not edit a clinic's price. A price can change, or a clinic can stop offering it, between the date we checked it and the date you contact them. Always confirm the current price with the clinic in writing.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
